1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales for Scrum Day London are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
2. Transfer of Tickets
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us at info@scrumdaylondon.com with the details of the new attendee at least 7 days before the event.
3. Event Postponement or Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Scrum Day London is postponed or cancelled, we will offer options to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled event or to a future event of equal value. We will not issue refunds for postponed or cancelled events.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Please contact us at to discuss any issues. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis and offer assistance where possible.
