In today’s fast pace digital age, business leaders are more concern about the Teslasation, Netflixification, and Amazonification of of their respective industry sectors than they are about their their business sector competitors. Business leaders recognise that disruptions induced through fast pace technology innovations and consistent changes in customer expectations are unsettling established traditions and ways of operation.
Businesses that are able to embrace and accelerate towards agility obtain the ability to be proactive and reactive at the same time when business dynamics shift.
